Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Eligible Items: All items, except for customized products such as Personalized Receiver Covers for Golden Boy and Golden Boy Silver rifles, are eligible for return.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Return Authorization: To start a return, please obtain authorization by contacting our customer service team.

Return Options

  • Refunds and Exchanges: Eligible returns can receive a full refund to the original payment method or an exchange, when appropriate.

Return Shipping

  • Henry Outfitters Responsibility: If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is for reasons other than Henry Outfitters’ error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may select the carrier and service level of their choice.

Refund Processing

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

International Returns

  • International orders are eligible for return under this policy and follow the same terms as domestic orders.
